Shipping Policy

Orders are generally processed same day or next day. Free shipping for deliveries within the continental United States, via best-way (either UPS, FedEx Ground, or USPS). For expedited/overnight orders, or any delivery to Hawaii, Alaska, or outside of the continental US (including Canada), please contact Paddle Candy Customer Service for a shipping price and to place your order.

Warranty Policy

Paddle Candy Pickleball Paddles are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. All pickleball products are covered by a 30-day Satisfaction Guaranteed playtest. Contact Paddle Candy customer service in advance to arrange for warranty returns or other remedies. Proof of purchase required.

Join the Paddle Candy email list! Paddle Candy sends information via email about specials, giveaways, and more before they are live on social media. You can sign up by entering your email address into the footer below.

I have a problem with my order. How do I contact Paddle Candy?

How do I apply a promo code?

During special sales, promo codes can be placed in the discount code section upon check out.

When will you get [blank] back in stock?

Many items in the Paddle Candy line are limited edition, so when they are out of stock they can no longer be purchased. For items that will be replenished, general in-stock dates will be found in the product description for that item.

What if my gear has a problem when I receive it?

Paddle Candy wants each customer to be completely satisfied, so contact us with any issues you have with your products. Upon receiving contact from you, Paddle Candy will replace your gear with no additional shipping cost or will refund your payment.

How does Paddle Candy use my personal information?

Paddle Candy only uses your information to process your order. If you opt in for email marketing, your email information will be used to give you early access to sales, news, and giveaways, but it will never be sold.
